How to Book General Medical Appointment

Instructions for MOH Kuwait Appointment Online:

1. Access the MOH Appointment Portal
   Visit the official MOH appointment page:

2. Fill in Required Information (Enter details):

   • Name & Mobile Number

   • Civil ID or Passport Number

3. Select Appointment Details: Choose

   • Sector (to whom it may concern)

   • Place of work (Ministry of Health)

   • Book # (Your flight #)

   • Date and Time (any date)

4. Confirm and Submit
   Review all entered information for accuracy. Once confirmed, submit your request.

5. Print Appointment Confirmation letter

6. Submit MOH representative for Official list

7. When your name came in the list of Medical part-1. On medical day, get new appointment for Blood test and X-ray by following the Medical Part 1 appointment steps.

MOH Kuwait - Medical Part 1 (Steps for Appointment, After finalized list by MOH)

For (Blood Test & X-ray via MOH Appointment System)

1. Visit the Official Appointment Website:
   Open this link:

2. Enter the Sponsor (Senior's) Civil ID:

   • Use the senior citizen’s Civil ID along with serial number.

3. Enter Your Own Details:

   • Input your unique number on your visa.

   • Use your own mobile number

4. Choose the Appointment Date:

   • Select today’s date, the same day you are actually going for Part 1 Medical (Blood & X-ray).

5. Confirm and Download the Appointment Slip:

   • After filling out the form, submit it.

   • Download or screenshot the appointment confirmation to show at the medical center.

✅ Tips Before Going:

• Bring:

  • Original Appointment letter(received after getting stamp from MOH) with 3 photocopies required

  • Original passport (with photocopy)

  • Visa/entry slip/extension (if required) photocopies

  • Sponsor’s Civil ID copy (for appointment only)

  • 1 passport-size photos

• Wear easily removable clothes for x-ray.

• Go early to avoid long queues.
