The Pakistani Nurses Community in Kuwait is an informal network dedicated to supporting Pakistani nurses working in the country. While there isn't a centralized official website or detailed public profile, the community is active in fostering professional connections and providing assistance to its members.

"Our mission is to provide a robust support system for the nurses in Kuwait under the umbrella of the Pakistan Embassy and MOH Kuwait through continuous education, professional development, and welfare initiatives, without discrimination based on race, color, gender, religion, marital status, or nationality. By ensuring their social, emotional, and financial well-being"

Our Goal

Support & Welfare:

To offer financial, social, and emotional support to the Pakistani nurses in Kuwait.

  • Establish a fund for emergency financial aid and welfare services.

  • Provide counseling and mental health support services.

  • Organize social events to foster community ties among Pakistani nurses.

Professional Development:

To enhance the skills and qualifications of nurses through workshops, seminars, and training programs

  • Conduct frequent training sessions on the latest nursing practices and healthcare advancements.

  • Collaborate with affiliated/ hospitals and institutions for in-service training opportunities.

  • Explore the opportunities for nurses to find scholarships and sponsorships for further education in nursing.

Community Building:

To create a professional, helpful, and united society of Pakistani nurses in Kuwait.

  • To collaborate with other Pakistanis in Kuwait to serve the needy and suffering population by providing medical camps/ health education awareness sessions.

  • To organize event celebrations, i.e., National Cultural Day, International Nurses Day, and any other international celebrations recommended by WHO.

  • To provide a digital platform to strengthen the professional interaction among Pakistani nurses across the globe.

Advocacy:

To advocate for the legal rights and protection provided by the Kuwait authorities for expats.

  • To work under the umbrella and guidelines of the Pakistani embassy

  • To communicate with the MOH Kuwait officials to address the legal issues of Pakistani nurses for its possible fruitful solutions
