Instructions for Attestation from the Embassy of Pakistan:
Download the grading letter in Word format and fill in your personal information.
Submit the following documents along with the grading letter to the Embassy of Pakistan for attestation:
Passport (front page)
Degree (front and back sides)
Transcript (front and back sides)
Attach a fee of 2 Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) with your submission.

Diploma Nursing with marksheet (front and back sides)
Diploma Midwife/ Specilaity with marksheet (front and back sides)
Attach a fee of 2 Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) with your submission.

Select Appointment Details
Choose the appropriate:Medical Specialty
Preferred Health Center or Hospital
Date and Time for the appointment
Confirm and Submit
