Medical Examination Process

MEDICAL PART-1

STEP 1

  1. All verified academic documents (MOFA Kuwait) along with the passport,

    entry visa, and extension visa(if applicable) must be submitted to MTO

    along with a Grading letter, which is a prerequisite for a medical examination

    of the healthcare professional, without it.

  2. Afterward, the MTO representative will send a Google link to collect

    healthcare professionals' basic data to make a list for medical.

  3. Afterward, get an online appointment for medical (physical) by clicking on the following GMC links. Click here. place of work:- Ministry of Health

  4. Download PDF files ( including the form of X-ray, blood test, urine, and stool test).

  5. Submit the 1st page along with name, and PNR/INR Number to submit for finalization of the medical list

  6. Medical team office (MTO) representative will finalize the list of Medicals for the healthcare provider and share it along with the date of the medical in the Telegram group.

STEP 2

On Medical day, you have to request an appointment for (Expatriate) Medical Examination on the following link by using any person's CIVIL ID on the following link. Click here.

  1. Bring the stamping page, which you get from the MTO representative, along with 1 photo (blue), a visa copy, a passport copy, and the original passport to the Public Health Administration for medical.

  2. Show your appointment at the reception in Public Health Administration to get a ticket.

  3. Get a number on the form for X-ray and blood test from the medical reception. Give blood and do xray

  4. Wait 10-14 days to get the medical part 1 report from the MTO representative.

STEP 3

  1. DO a stool and urine test at the nearby hospital of your work. collect report.

  2. Submit a blood report photocopy, along with the stool and urine reports, to the MTO medical test representative for the next part

  3. Collect vaccination papers and get vaccinated at the nearby clinic in your working area.

MEDICAL PART-2

  1. Submit all your blood, X-ray, stool, urine report along appointment paper, and blue photo to the MTO representative.

  2. MTO representative will make an appointment and finalize your name in the Medical Part 2 list.

  3. Take all medical reports along with a visa copy, visa extension, 2 photos, vaccination form for physical assessment

  4. on the day of medical part 2, and get the stamp physical assessment form along with the ticket.

  5. Wait for your number and get physically assessed by a doctor

  6. Submit all your documents to the MTO offices to get a Medical fitness certificate (10-14 days).
