How to Book Medical Appointment part 1 ( BLOOD and Xray test)

MOH Kuwait - Medical Appointment- Part 1

(Steps for Appointment, After finalized list by MOH)

For (Blood Test & X-ray via MOH Appointment System)

1. Visit the Official Appointment Website:
   Open this link:
   👉 https://eservices.moh.gov.kw/SPCMS/ExpatAppointmentRequestAR.aspx

2. Enter the Sponsor (Senior's) Civil ID:

   • Use the senior citizen’s Civil ID along with the serial number.

3. Enter Your Own Details:

   • Input your unique number on your visa.

   • Use your own mobile number

4. Choose the Appointment Date:

   • Select today’s date, the same day you are actually going for Part 1 Medical

     (Blood & X-ray).

5. Confirm and Download the Appointment Slip:

   • After filling out the form, submit it.

   • Download or screenshot the appointment confirmation to show at the medical center.

✅ Tips Before Going:

• Bring:

  • Original Appointment letter(received after getting a stamp from MOH) with 3 photocopies required

  • Original passport (with photocopy)

  • Visa/entry slip/extension (if required) photocopies

  • Sponsor’s Civil ID copy (for appointment only)

  • 1 passport-size photo

• Wear easily removable clothes for the X-ray.

• Go early to avoid long queues.
